To apply for a rental home, you can apply on-line by using the "Apply" button located in the description of the property.

Our rental application fee is $50.00 per adult and will need to be paid upon submitting your application.    Anyone 18 and older is considered an adult and will need to submit an application.  Applications consists of credit and criminal background checks, income verification and previous Landlord references.  We process applications on a first come first served basis.  If we do not get to your application, or you withdraw your application before we process it, you may be eligible for a refund of the application fee (credit card processing fees are not refundable).   You will be notified once your application has been approved. 

 

Security Deposits and Administrative Fees

Applicants with better credit and references will generally be approved at a security deposit of one month's rent + $100.00 admin. fee.   Applicant(s) not meeting our standard guidelines may receive a conditionally approved offer requiring a larger security deposit.   Once an application is approved, time is of the essence to sign your lease and pay your security deposit and $100.00 administrative fee in order to secure your residence.   If you do not secure your residence in a timely manner, we may move forward with the next application.
