We are serving the beautiful Mountains of Western North Carolina. Asheville Phoenix Properties takes great pride in a long history of full service property management in single family and multi-family residences. We serve all of Buncombe County and parts of Henderson and Haywood Counties.
Pat Puckridge and Donna Prinz built the business from the ground up, beginning in 1995. Along with their husbands, Pat and Donna are natives and lifetime residents of Asheville. Together the two have over 75 years business experience.
We are conveniently located at 55 Sweeten Creek Road, Suite 101. It will be our pleasure to serve you in this wonderful city we call home!
